Delete your JobChalk account

In the app or on the web

1. Log in at app.jobchalk.com or in the JobChalk app.
2. Open More (bottom right on a phone).
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

A customer opens their conversation, taps the three dots, then Delete account.

If you own a business

You first hand the business to someone on your team, or delete the business. Deleting the business removes every job, message, photo, report and customer for the whole team.

What gets deleted

• Your login, email, name, title and profile photo.
• Your notification settings and devices.
• Your memberships in jobs and conversations.

What stays

Messages, photos and reports you added to a business's projects belong to that business. They stay and show as sent by "Deleted user". Backups are cleared on their normal schedule.

Can't log in?

Email support@jobchalk.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
